Log into at www.kroger.com
Click on your name and select "My Account"
Then on the right edge select "Community Rewards"

If you are currently enrolled, this screen will provide those details.
If you are not enrolled or wish to change organizations, make the appropriate selection.

Search for our organization by our code - YM892
Select "Enroll"

Once completed, you'll see the green message stating a successful enrollment and an updated Enrollment Date.
